Arctic Silver Thermal Adhesive

Put your heatsink in bondage with Arctic Silver Premium Silver Thermal Adhesive. This high powered epoxy permanently bonds items such as a heatsink and a southbridge chip with the conductive power of micronized silver creating the ultimate thermal conductive bond.

Arctic Silver Premium Silver Thermal Adhesive is designed for easy use, simply mix and equal amount of each part of the epoxy with the included reusable mixing wand and apply to the surface you intend on bonding. After curing, the components are permanently attached FOREVER!

NOTE: Not intended for use between a CPU and CPU heatsink! Objects attached with Thermal Adhesive will stay attached FOREVER! Arctic Silver Thermal Adhesive should be kept cold and away from UV light (sunlight and florescent lighting). We recommend refrigerating the unused material and allowing it to come to room temperature prior to use.

Even though Arctic Silver Thermal Adhesive is specifically engineered for high electrical resistance, it should be keep away from electrical traces, pins, and leads. The cured adhesive is slightly capacitive and could potentially cause problems if it bridged two close-proximityelectrical paths.
