Xoxide.com Holiday Shipping and Return Policy
Xoxide Christmas Return Policy: For orders placed between 11/28/2008 and
12/25/2008, we will be offering a 45-day Return Policy. All customer requests for returning an item under this policy must be received either via email or phone message between 12:00 AM (Eastern) on
11/28/2008 and 11:59 PM (Eastern) on 2/9/2009. All other policies and
provisions from our standard return policy remain as they are. Please
review our Complete Return Policy.
Note: Applies to items marked as "Usually ships the same business day". No guarantees are made for
"Standard Shipping" or "Canada" orders. For expedited
processing, make sure that you supply the correct billing
address info and that you do NOT give a separate shipping address. No
shipping refunds will be given on orders that take longer to ship because of
address verification.
Note #2: It is VERY important that you
inspect all merchandise for shipping damage as you receive it. Do NOT wait
until it is opened as a gift as there may not be anything that we can do at that
point, especially if you have already disposed of the brown shipping box.
