The Swiftech MC14 is a ram sink designed for BGA memory. It has been specially designed for optimal convection cooling performance. The MC14 is forged copper, and the pin density has been optimized to allow for a perfect balance between surface area and air circulation.

The MC14 also comes with high-quality thermal pads already attached. These peel-and-stick pads will securely attach the ramsink to your memory chips. The MC14, when compared to a generic skived ramsink, was shown to reduce temperatures by an additional 6.5 degrees Celsius under 5W load with an ambient temperature of 25* Celsius.
