Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer Revision 3

Arctic Cooling just keeps outdoing itself with the Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer Revision 3. This is the first VGA cooler with selectable cooling and noise levels. Select either absolute silence, or uncompromising cooling performance. This unit includes a unique mounting clip which significantly improves the heat transfer of the GPU to the heat sink.

The Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer Revision 3 is compatible with boards based on ATI 9500 - 9800 (Pro, AIW, XT, SE) except 9800 XT and boards based on Nvidia Geforce 3 TI. Also, if your ATI card has a 3-pin connector, this cooler will not be compatible. Likewise, if your video card does not have a power connector at all, this cooler will not be compatible. The VGA silencer draws cool air from inside the case and exhausts warm air outwards. This prevents the fan from recycling warm air to cool the GPU, which increases cooling performance. Further, the direct heat exhaust system lowers the air temperature inside the case significantly. So tell your VGA to take a chill pill, or just snap the Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer to it, and it won't have a choice but chill out.
